Tiffany Gassett Tiffany is the founder of Rising Tribe and writes the band's music. An active supporter of human rights in college and to this day, some of her political songs, including the popular "Time's the Time," will be featured on the band's second album, Land of the Free. And yes, the accent you hear on the Reggae tunes is real -- she grew up on St. Thomas. Tiffany usually plays with the band, but she can also be heard at solo events.
